POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
In order to postpone a reservation you must notify us 48 hours
before your scheduled show up time (we play rain or shine). IF a 48 hour notice is given
you may move to another date (based on availability) without losing
your deposit. If you are within the 48 hour time frame you will lose
your deposit. (Deposits for postponements are never refunded in cash,
we will only issue rain checks which may be used up to one year from
the original date).
All Reservations: All reservations will he held until two weeks
before your scheduled date, if no deposit has been received at that
time, we reserve the right to place another deposited group in that
time slot.
Deposits are Nonrefundable, Meaning if you deposit for 10 players,
and only 9 players show-up on game day, the player/players that
did not show lose their deposit and their paintballs and it is not
applied to your group in any way.
Private Session: To reserve a private session you must have 20
deposited players two weeks prior to your play date and 20 players
on game day or Poco Loco reserves the right to place other players
of equal play ability into your group (no private fields on special event days) .
Rewards -In order to qualify for any of our group organizer rewards you must have what ever number of players required for that reward in attendance.
Weekday games (Monday through Friday) require minimum 15 players and everyone must buy the deluxe package (i.e.: $74 per player).
ABSOLUTELY NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS!
